Meet Our President

Philip Bradley is the President & Chief Financial Officer of Niles Enterprises. Niles Enterprises invests and supports construction companies in the industrial asset restoration space, which includes roofing, coatings, and other specialty contracting. Niles Enterprises is also the investment arm for the Niles families. Additionally, Mr. Bradley was recently appointed to an instructional role in Real Estate Development and Construction Finance at the School of Planning, Design, and Construction at Michigan State University.

Before joining Niles in 2020, Mr. Bradley served as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Clark Construction Group in Bethesda, Maryland, where he managed corporate finance for Clark and its subsidiaries.

Originally from Maryland, Mr. Bradley moved with his wife, Erin, and their three young sons to Brighton, Michigan, in 2020, where they lead an active life with their two dogs.
